Barba: A tiny gem serving fresh seafood street food. Great for a quick, tasty bite.
Nautica: Romantic fine dining with Adriatic views and Michelin-level seafood just outside of Old Town. Reservations recommended.
Gradska Kavana: An iconic Old Town cafe restaurant with harbor views, perfect for a slow breakfast or elegant seafood dinner in a historic setting. Reservations recommended.
Port22: Casual Mediterranean spot with sea views, great for sunset drinks and laid-back meals.
360 Dubrovnik: A splurge-worthy, fine dining experience overlooking the harbor. Book well in advance.

Stradoon - One of the few spots in Dubrovnik open early (around 7:30AM) serves simple tasty breakfast and great spot for a cappuccino
Cele Bar - Great spot for a coffee (or beer) and people watching in heart of Old Town.

Peppino’s Gelato - Dubrovnik’s (and Jake and Julia’s) favorite gelato spot. Pistachio flavor is chef’s kiss!

Buza Bar: Cliff-side, cash-only, insane views.
Port 22: A hidden gem just outside the city walls, best spot for sunset cocktails and live music in a laid-back coastal atmosphere.
Buzz Bar: Very casual and friendly, great for a local beer or a spritz, mostly locals
D’Vino Wine Bar: A favorite for Croatian wine tastings. The staff is great and make sure you try a glass of Pošip.

Walk Dubrovnik City Walls: These formidable walls encircle the Old Town and provide stunning views of the city and the Adriatic Sea. Walking along the walls is a must-do activity. Ticket required. Link
Trip to Elphiti Islands: Hop on a boat for a dreamy day of swimming, sunbathing, and exploring charming seaside villages just off the coast of Dubrovnik. Link
Visit Fort Lovrijenac: This impressive fortress overlooks the western side of the city and offers remarkable views. It’s also known for its role in the defense of Dubrovnik and a Game of Thrones filming location

Taxis are safe and fairly priced - Line outside of Ploče Gate. Uber and Bolt App available as well.
Wear comfortable shoes - the Old Town is full of beautiful (and slippery) stone steps
Bring cash - Most places accept cards, but smaller shops and cafes may prefer euros.
Dubrovnik City Walls - Walk these early to avoid cruise ship crowds.
